The unique reverse ombre shades the dress from dark to light. Hidden ties inside allow you to adjust the skirt to poof! Sleeves are three quarter length. The top is a knit of 90% cotton and 10% lycra so is somewhat stretchy and can be worn on or off the shoulders. The bottom is 100% cotton. Uniquely feminine and versatile.
