LUNA LUZ SCOOP NECK STYLE 393T This hard to find navy and white Luna Luz dress is a must for your signature style wardrobe. The unique white tie-dye trim on the skirt and sleeves is stunning.Hidden ties inside allow you to adjust the skirt to poof! Sleeves are three quarter length. The top is a knit of 90% cotton and 10% lycra so is somewhat stretchy and can be worn on or off the shoulders. The bottom is 100% cotton. Uniquely feminine and versatile.
