Love this bracelet....shiny & definitely beautiful! Everyone who see's it wants to get one of their own. I've now bought two more as presents for those special people who also have fallen in love with this bracelet.

I ordered this bracelet,and sent it right back! I would not order this if you want the REAL liquid metal jewelry, and i have owned this one before i lost it, but do NOT order liquid metal from this website if you want the real deal. When i got mine, it barely moved, very stiff and light weight, i would even go as far as saying its a Fake!!! I ordered from the normal website i usually order this jewelry from and it was 3 bucks cheaper, and even the shipping was 5 bucks cheaper. I would NOT recommend this to anyone. If you DO order, and try and return, they will only give store credit, which is a JOKE!!! To sum it up, TresChic Boutique is Over priced and Jewelry is fake, as far as im concerned!

When we received this feedback we went directly to Liquid Metal for their opinion. Here is their response: "The fake bracelets out there do not have the SG on the snap like Sergio's bracelets do. And, if the B8 that your customer bought was a little stiffer than the one she had previously it is probably because the nickel plating on the one you sold to her was stronger. The bracelets are all hand made one by one and sometimes the plating is stronger in some bracelets than others. In addition, since the bracelets are hand made, they will always be unique and not necessarily 100% exact one from the other. Also, it could be that your customer had been wearing the bracelet for a while. The more you wear the bracelet the softer it becomes and it loosens up a little bit. The manufacturing of the bracelet has not changed and the quality of the bracelet has not changed either".
This customer did not take advantage of the $10 off LOVETCB discount. She also chose the more expensive UPS shipping as opposed to USPS Priority Mail. We stand by our Return Policy. It is a customer's responsibility to read the Return Policy before making a purchase.
