HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK?
When an item is sold out, it will be removed from the site.

If you add an item to your cart that has sold out before we get a chance to remove it from view, our inventory system will generate a pop up message.  The message will alert you to the fact that the item has sold out, and will prevent it from being added to your cart.

Bottom line - anything the system allows to be added to your cart is in stock, barring any unforeseen technical glitches.

DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT (REGISTER) JUST TO BE ABLE TO BUY SOMETHING?
No. You can choose to check out as a Guest which does not require registering. However, if you choose to Register, you will be able to return to the site to track your order.

Also, registering will allow for very quick check out the next time you shop with us because your information will have been securely stored for you.

DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?
Yes.  We need your email address to send you your system-generated email Order Confirmation.

Note that we do not sell, rent nor share such customer information with anyone for any reason.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
Size Charts

Each brand has its own sizing. In the product description of most products you will find a size chart for that particular brand.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER WAS PROPERLY PLACED?

When you place your order, you will almost immediately receive an Order Confirmation email message.  If you do not receive one, or should you have trouble reading it for some reason, simply call or email us.

CAN I REDEEM MORE THAN ONE COUPON AT A TIME?
Unfortunately, our ecommerce system allows us to accept one coupon per order. We are not able to apply additional coupons to your order by phone, either. So, please select the *one* coupon you'd like to use, and enter that one in the Coupon Code box at checkout. Thank you for understanding.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Please note the following regarding Returns and Exchanges...

* Sale items (price ending in $.50) may only be returned for Store Credit.
* Items sold as Final Sale (price ending in $.88) are deeply discounted, and are not returnable at all.
* ANY ITEMS BOUGHT UNDER CLEARANCE SALES ARE FINAL SALE AND THIS WILL BE STATED IN THE SALE EMAILS.
* Lingerie and jewelry are *not* returnable at all.
* Items that we will accept for returns must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
* Any and all original tags need to still be attached to the item.
* A copy of your email Order Confirmation OR your sales receipt must be included in the return package.
* Très Chic Boutique reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% of total value of any returns over $250.
* You may return / exchange up to 14 days after you received the item.

After 14 days, but within 45 days, we will provide you with a store credit only for the returned items.  We can not accept any returns or exchanges after 45 days from the date you received the item.

Items purchased during the month of December as Christmas Gifts may be returned through January 15.

We are sorry, but TCBoutique.com can not be responsible for returning or giving credit for shipping and handling charges. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a return.

Orders shipped to an address within the state of Connecticut are required by CT state law to be charged state sales tax. The CT state sales tax rate is 6.35% on all purchases. By CT state law, state sales tax must be applied to shipping fees as well.
